A Blackberrys ardent fan needs:

2 litres water

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

1 cucumber (peeled and thinly sliced)

1 lemon (thinly sliced)

12 mint leaves

1 pitcher to contain the ingredients

Put all the ingredients in the pitcher at night before you go to bed, cover the pitcher and leave it overnight in the refrigerator and strain it the next morning. The flavours diffuse and make the water aromatic with taste no less than the mojito we all love. If you have an experimenting side, go on with putting orange slices or even berries which work just as good. Within a month a drastic change especially in the belly area you’ll notice, and about 3-10 kg weight loss depending upon your eating habits.

We say, the drink smells good, tastes good, is almost zero calorie and promises wonders to your body.
